The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Social Intern to join the team and help us achieve our mission to make everyday noteworthy. Reporting into the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will support with the day-to-day optimisations of our Paid Social activity - from writing briefs, ad builds to reporting and analysis. Learning how to deliver an effective Paid Social media delivery strategy. This is a great role if you’re analytical, creative, organised & are looking to launch your career within digital marketing. About You
  • Excited for a career in Social Media performance marketing

  • Are highly analytical and familiar with using google sheets or excel
  • Are creative and enjoy developing new ideas for ad creative
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work cross-functionally
  • Are motivated, like to use your initiative and interested to learn about new marketing channels and opportunities to drive business growth
What You'll Do
  • Support with the day-to-day account builds and management of our Paid social channel across multiple platforms including Meta and TikTok.
  • Support with the creative process including briefing to an in-house design team and reporting and sharing insights and learnings.
  • Support with regularly reporting on channel performance and highlighting optimisation opportunities.
  • Share campaign and test analysis insights with the wider team.
  • Support with running regular account health checks to maintain account efficiency.
  • Contribute to regular meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, including brainstorming of new creative and optimisation ideas.
  • Support with strategy and cross-functional projects such as scaling up US.
  • Opportunity to learn and optimise our Display activity to drive brand visibility and traffic.
