Role Summary
We’re hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Campaign Manager to own broadcast emails.
This is a hands-on role focused on planning our annual email calendar, briefing our in house creative team, building and sending emails in Braze. You’ll be responsible for the end to end process of our broadcast email marketing including performance reporting using Looker and Braze data. You will also support on updating and refreshing our lifecycle email flows and emails. You will be responsible for making sure CRM supports key trading moments, drives repeat purchases and works closely with paid and growth activity.
The focus is strong briefing, execution, consistent testing and clear reporting on what’s working. This role will be performed fully remote.
About You
3 - 5 years experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within e-commerce
Strong hands-on experience building and sending campaigns in Braze
Comfortable with designing and working to a campaign calendar and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly
Confident using data to assess performance and make improvements
Able to work closely with growth and creative teams
Broadcast:
Own planning and execution of all emails, aligning our sends with key trading moments and product seasonality.
Work closely with growth and creative teams to brief, build and deliver emails that align with paid activity and trading priorities
Lifecycle:
Working closely with our Retention Manager you will develop and refine lifecycle journeys that drive repeat purchase and improve first-to-second order behaviour
Identify key customer segments and build targeted campaigns around them
Own and optimise core automated flows, ensuring messaging, cadence and timing support trading priorities
Testing, Reporting & Platform:
Run structured testing across campaigns and flows to improve performance over time
Track and report on revenue contribution, engagement and repeat behaviour, using insights to inform future activity
Maintain strong segmentation, list health and data accuracy across the CRM platform
