We’re looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related, from welcoming visitors to keeping our space stocked, tidy, and running beautifully. Working closely with our People Team, you’ll play a key role in creating an environment that feels warm, seamless, and well cared for. This is a hands-on role with lots of variety. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, managing supplies, coordinating post and deliveries, supporting with catering and team moments, and ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
This is a part-time role, with working hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm, ensuring you’re present during key moments of the day, from opening up the office in the morning to helping things wind down in the afternoon.

What You'll Do
- Keep our space beautifully run: You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything from meeting rooms to shared spaces are tidy, well stocked, and ready for the day ahead.
- Create a warm welcome: You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to ensure everyone who walks through our doors feels looked after and has a seamless experience.
- Support the team day to day: From managing deliveries and post to organising supplies, lunches, and ad hoc requests, you’ll help make daily life in the office feel easy and well supported.
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes: You’ll coordinate with suppliers and external partners (from maintenance to IT support), making sure any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Look after the details that matter: Whether it’s setting up meeting rooms, keeping the kitchen running, or preparing the space at the start and end of the day, you’ll ensure everything is in its right place.
- Bring moments to life: You’ll support with team lunches, celebrations, and occasional events, helping to create thoughtful experiences for both our team and our guests.
- Support a safe and well-managed environment: You’ll help maintain key office processes, from equipment tracking to health & safety, ensuring everything is organised and up to date.
