Lucky Saint – Brand and Activations Executive
Reporting to: Senior Brand Manager
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Brand and Activations Executive to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the world's defining alcohol-free beer brand. In this role you will build exceptional relationships with our community of brand partners, ensure our beer is available at key community and partner events, organise and develop our pub event calendar, manage the execution of our mass participation running event partnerships, and go above and beyond to ensure every brand experience builds brand love amongst our community of super saints.

Our founder, Luke Boase, launched Lucky Saint in late 2018 with an ambition to change the perception of alcohol-free beer and the drinking experience, worldwide. Since the launch of our 0.5% Superior Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UK’s best operators, and the media.
A Day in the Life: Your Day may start by looking at the next few weeks event calendar and ensuring you have organised the correct beer deliveries, event assets and necessary staffing for all them. You then may join our full team marketing meeting where you may lead a brainstorm on what events we could organise at our pub, The Lucky Saint in Marylebone, to support our Thou Shalt Go to the pub campaign. This could include an influencer supper club, a run club or pub party for all our key press and customer contacts. You then may spend the afternoon heading to our warehouse in London Bridge to collect one of our branded draught vehicles and drive it to an event where you will be sampling and selling cold pints of Lucky Saint to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Events and Brand Activations
- Plan and deliver all consumer event activations, working closely with our Senior Brand Manager to ensure best in class execution
- Organise The Lucky Saint
pub brand events, co-ordinating a full calendar of events and
working with partners to build a loyal and engaged community of Lucky Saint super fans
- Take ownership of smaller scale sampling opportunities and events – utilising our Lucky Saint draught vehicles to drive around London and the UK, pouring golden pints
- Lead the management of our activation agencies and third-party logistics partners to ensure consistent brand activations at consumer events within budget
- Work collaboratively with the wider Lucky Saint Marketing
team as well as the On Trade
to amplify events and partnerships across all channels
- Review and report on the success of all events, including gathering post-event survey results, testimonials and tracking costs
Sampling
- Work closely with our Senior Brand Manager to plan and deliver all mass sampling campaigns, growing brand awareness and consideration to buy amongst our core audience
- Day-to-day execution of community and be generous sampling campaigns,
assessing incoming opportunities and maximising ROI
- Responsible for each sample given out, ensuring it is of highest quality engagement with the brand e.g cold can, fresh stock, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Brand Content and Community
- Work closely with our Social Media Manager and Senior Brand Manager to capture and share brand events content
the Lucky Saint social media channels and to our database
- Work closely with our Community and Influencer Executive to invite our brand ambassadors to relevant events, hosting and briefing them to build strong ambassador/brand relationships
- Manage our weekly editorial email content calendar, thinking of topics,
copywriting
and building the emails,
and
keeping our website journal up to date
- Support our Senior Brand Manager by keeping
the brand calendar up-to-date with
key brand moments and thinking of ways we can
activate them across channels e.g
B-corp
month
- Keep a close eye on the category and feeding back to the team on current trends or content opportunities
- Keep photography folders and databases organised and up to date with event imagery
Partnerships
- Day to day management of event and brand partners, maximising each relationship to reach new audiences in an engaging and on brand way
- Regularly research and reach out to new partners for potential event, digital and sampling collaborations
- Work closely with partners and stakeholders to make sure each partnership and brand activation is leading up to the wider marketing strategy, and is excellently executed
- Communicate all brand partnership activity with the wider team, encouraging through the line activation
Who you are:
- 1-3 years' experience - Either in house or at an agency, working in events or as front of house within hospitality
- Hands on and solutions orientated – not shy of getting stuck in, and calm and solutions orientated when things go wrong
- Adaptable and Enthusiastic - With a proactive approach and excitement about joining a fast-growing brand
- Growth Mindset - Eager to take initiative and seek out learning and growth opportunities independently
- Excellent Communicator -Whether written or verbal, you’ll be comfortable building and maintaining relationships with influential people, all whilst representing the Lucky Saint brand
- Copy Writer – Ability to take on a brands tone of voice and translate this into a relevant editorial email that will build our brand love and personality with our database
- Passion for brand – someone who is passionate about long term brand building, the value of brand partnerships and shaping brand perceptions
