Lucky Saint – Growth Manager
Reporting to: Amy Wisniewski, Head of Digital & eCommerce
The Opportunity:
Lucky Saint is on a mission to become the world’s defining alcohol-free beer brand. We’re looking for a Growth Manager to lead DTC performance and deliver profitable, scalable growth. You’ll own acquisition and retention strategy, lead paid media, CRM and experimentation, and launch TikTok Shop. You’ll shape our digital growth roadmap, manage agency partners, and use data and insight to drive efficiency across luckysaint.co and new marketplace channels.
A Day in the Life:
Your day might start with an in-depth review of recent performance across Meta, TikTok and CRM, identifying insights to shape upcoming plans. You’ll optimise campaigns to improve CAC and payback before collaborating with the creative team to develop new ad concepts and messaging. The afternoon could be spent planning the next CRM calendar, refining segmentation and testing new lifecycle flows to increase retention and LTV. You’ll then have a call with our agency partner to assess strategy, review progress on the TikTok Shop launch, and coordinate content and access metrics to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
