The Role:
We’re looking for our first People Partner in Dubai to help shape that. Reporting into the Head of Talent & Culture, this role sits across talent, operations and employee experience.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building and cares about how things feel for the people around them and looking for exposure across all elements of HR.
This isn’t your traditional role. You’ll be creating the frameworks, rituals and standards that will continue to evolve as we grow. Adaptability is key!
In practice, that means owning and evolving our benefits so they’re genuinely meaningful, bringing our values to life in a way people actually experience day-to-day, and shaping the playbook for how we handle people matters across Humantra so we stay consistent, fair and human in our approach.

What You'll Do:
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Help design and support onboarding end-to-end, ensuring every new joiner has a smooth, thoughtful start
- Manage UAE visa and relocation processes from start to finish
- Ensure everything is in place for day one, setting people up for success
People Operations
- Maintain HR systems and keep employee records accurate and up to date
- Support payroll and benefits processes
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, handling matters with discretion and care
- Contribute to and deliver L&D initiatives across the business
Culture & Office
- Organise team socials and create moments that bring our values to life
- Manage day-to-day office operations and external vendors
Process & Systems
- Continuously improve workflows to make them more efficient and scalable
- Explore and implement AI and automation to enhance how we work
- Optimise and evolve our HR systems as we grow
Who You Are:
We’re less focused on where you’ve been, and more interested in how you think, learn and show up. This role is a chance to grow alongside the business, so if you’re excited by the opportunity and feel you can add value, we’d love to hear from you, whatever your background.
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up or SME environment is ideal
- Some exposure to a People/HR role, or a clear interest in moving into this space
- Familiarity with HRIS and/or ATS platforms is ideal
- Organised, proactive and happy taking ownership of your work
- Able to handle sensitive information with care and sound judgement
- Adopt an AI-first mindset to improve processes and ways of working as we scale
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting UAE visa processes
- CIPD qualification (or currently working towards it)
