Where You'll Spend Your Time
UK Brand Leadership & Guardianship (35%)
- Ensure Humantra's brand is expressed consistently and powerfully across all UK channels
- Serve as the go-to brand voice in the UK, aligning with global creative while tailoring to local context
- Lead delivery of all UK brand assets, ensuring high quality and cohesion
- Own the UK rollout of global brand campaigns across retail, social, digital, and experiential
- Collaborate with the global brand team to localise creative and messaging for relevance and impact
- Track UK campaign performance and feed back learnings to inform future brand work
- Plan and execute UK-first brand activations that build awareness, connection, and loyalty
- Identify relevant partnerships, events, and influencers to elevate the brand in market
- Work with Commercial and Growth teams to integrate brand initiatives across retail and sales channels
- Lead the development of Humantra's UK community presence through events, partnerships, and cultural touchpoints
- Keep the brand close to the customer by showing up where they are and in ways that feel authentic
- Surface cultural trends, insights, and opportunities to shape our evolving UK brand strategy
- Act as brand guardian across all UK-facing campaigns, activations, and retail moments
- Plan, brief, and execute local brand campaigns in partnership with global brand leads
- Build strong relationships across internal teams to align on messaging and execution
- Develop a UK cultural calendar with clear opportunities for brand visibility and community engagement
- Support creative briefing and oversee content production as needed for UK touchpoints
- Feed UK-specific insights, results, and opportunities into global brand planning cycles
