We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Distributor Account Manager to join Humantra. In this role, you will take ownership of our distributor network across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), driving both growth in existing markets and expansion into new ones. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, shaping regional strategy, and delivering commercial success.

What You'll Do
- Manage Distributor Accounts: Oversee and strengthen distributor relationships across MEA, ensuring exceptional service and mutual growth.
- Drive Sales & Growth: Deliver sales targets, support sell-in/sell-out performance, and secure new distribution opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to regional opportunities and consumer trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to execute plans, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.
- Forecasting & Planning: Lead demand planning, forecast accuracy, and budget tracking across the region.
- Insights & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, share market insights, and present updates to the leadership team.
- Competitive Awareness: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to stay relevant and effective.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Distributor or Key Account Management, ideally within beverages, supplements, or FMCG.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing business with distributors.
- Experience working in or with the Middle East markets (Africa exposure a plus).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute, able to balance long-term growth with short-term performance delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
