Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the consolidation and preparation of monthly financial analysis and management reporting at Group level, providing in-depth analysis of business and financial performance;
  • Coordinate the Group annual budgeting process, working closely with business units and functional teams on budget preparation, target setting and tracking;
  • Support Group cash flow planning and budgeting, contributing to overall cash and financial resource management;
  • Support investor relations activities, including investor communications and preparation of relevant business and financial materials;
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, business performance reviews and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and management discussions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline;
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A or Corporate Finance;or 3–5 years of experience in Big 4 accounting firms or investment banks
  • Strong financial analysis and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to independently build and analyze complex financial models;
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with sound commercial acumen;
  • Highly self-motivated, intellectually curious and able to learn quickly and translate financial analysis into meaningful business insights;
  • Strong interest in the consumer, retail, coffee or lifestyle industry, with a willingness to develop a deep understanding of the business;
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
