Optimize Category Strategy: Strategically position Beverage offerings (e.g., consolidating business via Espresso, attracting new guests via Entry-level Non-Coffee) and Culinary offerings (e.g., matching dessert flavors with seasonal beverages, extending consumption scenarios via Light Meals).
Manage Revenue & Margins: Set revenue targets and cost breakdowns, taking full ownership of pricing, cost control, sales mix, and profit mix to achieve financial targets.
Build Product Matrices: Construct and maintain a dynamic product matrix and price matrix.

Adaptable and Agile: You can comfortably balance the strategic vision of Global HQ with the localized operational needs of the Korea markets and be able to work with agility.
Consumer-Obsessed: You understand guest behavior and how to leverage seasonal calendar moments to drive engagement, transactions, and brand loyalty.
