Blue Bottle Coffee Korea is looking for a passionate and seasoned Finance Manager to join our Korea Finance team. This role requires a passion for financial information and strong organization skills. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for achieving our financial growth plan and ultimately helping write the next chapter of our story.
This position will be based in Seoul, Korea, and report to the Business Controller of Korea
You will
Lead MEC activities and ensure the timely preparation and distribution of financial statements
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Conduct material variance analysis to support internal and external stakeholders
Consolidate monthly and quarterly financial reports
Act as a key person for local statutory audits and tax-related matters
Support business needs by driving ad-hoc accounting project implementation
Manage Treasury including cash forecasting
Support the FP&A process through analysis, reporting, and business partnering
Drive ad hoc accounting projects, process improvements, and other business-critical finance initiatives

You have
- 10+ years of accounting experience at a multinational company
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Experience using the following tools and systems is preferred: Netsuite, Adaptive, Coupa, Concur, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Strong communication skills - including business-level English
Experience working in a growth environment; retail or F&B industry is a strong plus!
2+ years of People Management experience is required
