About the job
Blue Bottle Coffee is looking for a talented and passionate Supply Chain Specialist to join our Blue Bottle Korea team. As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, and elevating Blue Bottle’s ability to share delicious coffee experiences with more guests nationwide. This is a highly integrated and connected position and will require your collaborative skills to ensure success with stakeholders across our Cafe, E-commerce and CPG channels.
This position will be based in Seoul, Korea, and report to the Supply Chain Manager of Korea.
You will
Manage New Product Collaboration and global events, overseeing both imported and domestic items in alignment with channel launch plans and business guidelines
Lead import feasibility assessments and manage NPD (New Product Development) order history and comprehensive readiness checklists (e.g., labeling, documentation, and communication)
Engage in package development and preparation to support channel growth and identify cost-efficiency opportunities (e.g., assembly, new item packaging)
Facilitate import/export operations to support global collaboration and specific channel requirements including key global events and etc. from a logistics perspective
Perform and support closing processes, including spend closing and inventory reconciliation.
Oversee domestic inventory management and perform related spending analysis to ensure cost savings and effective contract management

You are

You have
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management (Trading, 3PL, Product Collaboration and etc.)
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheet skill
- Business-level fluency in English (verbal and written) and Native in Korean
- A comprehensive understanding of diverse supply chain models — including OEM, 3PL, and Direct Sourcing is highly desirable
- Experience in FMCG or retail industry is highly preferred
- A love for delicious coffee, food, and care for an exceptional guest experience
