VP Growth (FTC)
Yoto is at an inflection point. The product achieved real product-market fit and is loved by families globally. Our growth to this point has been powered by word-of-mouth and incredible advocacy, but unlocking the next phase of our growth requires meaningful expansion of our marketing activity, retail presence and trading capabilities.
The VP Growth is a senior leadership role with full accountability for revenue delivery and P&L management to contribution margin level. It is a broad, commercially-oriented role which spans the full range of sales and marketing activity. It requires someone who blends strategy and execution, and who is excited by the opportunity of building a global consumer business.
Yoto operates across multiple geographies and channels, which creates a matrix organisational structure. Creating clarity in strategy and process is key; you will need to make decisions to drive the brand forward globally, whilst respecting market nuance. You need to be comfortable managing a significant budget, and justifying the investment choices you make.
The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO, leading a large team. Outside of the Growth function, you will work closely with the Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
This role is a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 6-9 months.

We’re over 200 employees spread across the world.. and growing!
We’re on a mission to be the soundtrack of childhood, and help families on their own unique adventures. By creating products that inspire independent play, we help families discover and grow with an inspiring world of audio - and we would like you to help us achieve it!
What you’ll be doing:
Revenue and P&L
You will own Yoto’s global revenue number and own the P&L. That means having a clear view of CAC, LTV, AOV, and attach rates across every channel and market — and making informed investment decisions to drive profitable growth.
Global Sales and Marketing Functions
You will lead the full growth function, which includes:
Performance marketing — acquisition and retention
Brand marketing & creative studio
Product marketing
Communications and advocacy
eCommerce
Marketplace
Retail
In-Market Teams
You will lead Yoto’s in-market teams, which are responsible for creating the growth strategy for each market and executing marketing plans and B2B sales. These teams sit close to the customer; your role is to ensure they have the strategy, tools, and support to convert that into meaningful revenue growth.
What you’ll bring:
The right person will bring most or all of the following:
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in a consumer business, ideally across multiple geographies
Experience owning a P&L, allocating budget across multiple channels and markets
Deep knowledge of performance marketing — acquisition and retention — including fluency with the metrics that matter (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV)
Experience building a consumer brand which is relevant and compelling across multiple global markets
Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams, including in-market or regional teams
Comfort operating in a scaling business
A track record of building a high performing team
Strong communication and influencing skills — you will be a key voice on the SLT and a visible leader internally and externally
Experience in children’s consumer goods or audio/entertainment categories is a plus, but not a prerequisite. Strong commercial problem-solving and a genuine curiosity about how consumers make decisions matter the most.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
