We’re looking for a UK Sales Director who lives for the win.

This isn’t a “manage the pipeline” role, it’s build it, push it, close it. You’re out there opening doors, pitching hard, and landing the listings that matter. Then you turn those wins into something much bigger.

XOXO Soda is moving fast. We are already on the shelf in Sainsbury’s and in the Co-op and Boots meal deals, giving us real traction across both grocery and strategic on-the-go retail. Now it’s time to take over the rest of UK grocery. Bigger listings. Better positioning. More SKUs. More visibility. More everything.

We need someone who knows the buyers, knows how to win, and thrives in that moment between the pitch and the handshake. Someone who can jump from a killer new business pitch straight into a sharp JBP and own both.

You’ll be the commercial right hand to the Founders, owning the UK P&L and helping define what the next stage of XOXO looks like.

What You’ll Be Building

Winning New Doors

Get in front of every important UK grocer and make it count. Turn conversations into listings. This is the core of the role.

Growing What We’ve Got

Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Boots—these aren’t “accounts”, they’re launchpads. More stores, more SKUs, better space. Keep pushing.

Closing Big Deals

You own the full journey: relationships, pitch, negotiation, and close. You know how to win shelf space and you don’t leave without it.

Taking on UK Grocery

Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Waitrose — then beyond. Grocery, convenience, everywhere we should be.

Running a Relentless Pipeline

You know exactly what’s live, what’s next, and what’s closing. No black holes, no maybes — just momentum.

Owning the UK P&L

You’re not just selling, you’re building a business. Revenue, margin, decisions - all yours.
