The Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our fast-paced, rapidly growing business. This role will own master data management and reporting within the Demand Planning function.
You will work closely with the Demand Planning Manager and Lead to ensure that data flows seamlessly across systems, reports are reliable, and planning processes are continuously optimized. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with significant growth potential to advance into broader demand planning and S&OP workstreams.
Please note this is a junior/entry level role.
🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
Master Data & Data Governance
Own the master data management (MDM) process for demand planning, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across ERP, forecasting, and reporting systems.
Develop and implement data governance frameworks and best practices to support scalable, high-quality data management.
Maintain key data attributes such as product hierarchies, SKUs, customer data, and demand planning parameters.
Partner with IT and Supply Chain teams to optimize data flows, integrations, and system configurations.
Conduct regular data audits, cleansing, and validations to maintain a single source of truth for demand data.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and data-related issues across ERP, Anaplan, and reporting tools.
Support data mapping, data modeling, and continuous improvement of planning systems and reporting structures.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into forecast performance, accuracy, bias, and KPIs.
Translate business requirements into automated reporting solutions for senior stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning to identify demand risks and opportunities.
Support the Demand Planning Lead in preparing materials for monthly S&OP and planning review meetings.
Analyze existing demand planning processes to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Provide training and support to users on master data and reporting tools, promoting a culture of data ownership.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of forecasting tools, models, and best practices.

Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills; strong understanding of databases, data models, and data management principles.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data accurately, identify trends, and drive data-led decisions.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data or process issues and recommend solutions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence.
Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment, balancing multiple priorities with agility.
