ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier team members for our salons globally. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, alongside a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, reporting into a Salon Talent Acquisition Lead, ensuring we bring in the best talent to sustain our salons. On an ad hoc basis, you will contribute to compliance, employer branding, and HR initiatives that align with our company’s vision. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the shaping and development of our high-performing salon teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full salon recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and sourcing Nail Artists to offer and supporting with onboarding where required.
  • Be creative in candidate sourcing methods to engage with expert Nail Artists.
  • Work with the TA Team and Area Manager to hire talented teams to drive revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
  • Maintain a data led approach to recruitment to support day-to-day strategy and deliver outcomes aligned with departmental OKR's.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience with multi-site recruitment within retail, beauty, leisure or hospitality. International recruitment experience desired.
  • Passionate about people and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Adaptable individual with a growth mindset and keen to develop skills in a fast - paced, scaling business.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in working with key recruitment metrics and optimising processes.

LOCATION

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Support Centre in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
