ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Head of Software Sales, you’ll play a key role in driving growth as one of our very first commercial hires. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll take the lead on identifying, engaging and converting new customers in the SMB beauty space – think salons, aesthetics clinics, wellness studios, and independent beauty brands.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll love talking to people, be naturally curious about solving problems, and take pride in helping beauty professionals unlock their full potential through technology.

You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – and will help shape our sales strategy and customer approach from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

• Understand customer needs and clearly communicate how our solution solves their challenges

• Deliver engaging product demos and onboarding sessions

• Collaborate with marketing to support campaign and content development

• Share customer insights to help inform product roadmap and business strategy

• Represent the company at industry events, webinars and meetups (as required)

ABOUT YOU

• Proven track record in a sales role – ideally within SaaS or tech, selling into SMB markets

• Experience or a strong interest in the beauty, wellness or aesthetics industry is a big plus

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset – you’re comfortable working independently but love being part of a team

• Strong communication skills – consultative, engaging and empathetic

• Excellent organisation and pipeline management skills

• Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where things move quickly

• Results-driven and motivated by personal and business growth

LOCATION

Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
