Talent Acquisition Executive
Drive end-to-end hiring, partnering with managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Changing the world of pet food for good
We’re Tails.com, a dog food subscription company with a big difference. We create truly tailored food for each and every dog we serve. We start by asking people a few simple questions about their dog. Then we use that information to create their dog’s unique Tails.com recipe – so their dog gets exactly the nutrition they need, in the taste they love, delivered to their door every month. It’s clever stuff.
We’ve got bold plans. Having created an entirely new category in pet food, we’re now scaling fast – backed by Purina, one of the world’s largest pet food companies. You’ll join a bunch of smart people working towards the same goals – and a bunch of smart-ish dogs, all working on their own thing.
Together, we’ll change the world of pet food for good.
Build our brand
We’re building an international brand, fast. We set ambitious goals. We challenge and support each other in equal measure. At the pace we’re moving, we prefer to test ideas and learn quickly rather than spend months building a business case. That means we celebrate when things go right, and we learn when things go wrong.
Sound like a team you want to join? Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
The role
As the Talent Acquisition Executive you’ll work closely with the Head of Talent to manage the end-to-end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and secure top talent. You will be responsible for:

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and define the ideal candidate profile.
Support the Head of Talent with creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, events, etc.).
Screen and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit through CV reviews, phone interviews, and structured assessments.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Champion a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
The skills you’ll bring:
2–4 years’ recruitment experience, either within an agency or an in-house talent acquisition team.
Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing and sourcing through to offer.
Demonstrated ability to source proactively and build strong candidate pipelines using a variety of tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking).
Experience hiring across a range of roles and functions, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise hiring managers and influence decisions where needed.

We’re proud to be an active equal opportunity employer. We want to give everyone a fair chance to join us in changing the world of pet food for good.
