But there’s one growth lever we haven’t fully unlocked: The dental profession. And that’s where you come in.

  • Missed B2B revenue

  • Credibility → Recommendation → Conversion → Brand authority.

This role builds that flywheel from scratch.

The Role

We’re hiring a commercially-driven builder to create and scale SURI’s dental B2B engine.

This is not a coordination role. This is not a “manage agencies” role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out, build-the-machine role.

You will:

  • Build and optimise our B2B demand engine (lead → nurture → conversion)
  • Turn events into measurable pipeline and partnerships
  • Grow a high-value community of dental professionals
  • Strengthen SURI’s performance credibility within the profession
  • Drive meaningful B2B revenue growth

You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, growth and partnerships — with clear commercial accountability.

What You’ll Own

1. Build the B2B Demand Engine

  • Develop SURI’s professional marketing strategy — from digital content to in-practice assets and CPD-style educational materials
  • Build simple but effective CRM-led ABM style lead generation campaigns
  • Ensure all professional marketing follows regulatory, ethical, and claims-compliance requirements
  • Create compliant, evidence-based professional materials
  • Turn interest into trackable revenue contribution

You’re responsible for pipeline, not just activity.

2. Drive Event-Led Revenue Growth

  • Plan SURI’s presence & represent the brand at dental conferences, trade shows, and educational events to turn events into measurable pipeline and partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate sampling, product-education, and in-practice trials
  • Manage ambassador or early-adopter programmes for dental professionals
  • Build relationships with KOLs, dental educators, practice groups, and influencers

3. Build a Values-Aligned Professional Community

  • Grow a meaningful, engaged dental community
  • Launch roundtables, webinars and peer forums
  • Capture insights that strengthen our product and messaging
  • Turn engagement into advocacy and partnership

Success Metrics

  • B2B marketing-sourced pipeline (£)
  • B2B revenue growth
  • Event ROI; lead gen, partners secured
  • Partnership revenue contribution
  • Brand recognition in the dental professional space
  • Growth of engaged professional community
  • Positive brand perception within the dental profession

You have:

  • 4-5 years experience in B2B or B2B2C demand generation
  • Partnership development experience
  • Event logistics & experiential marketing experience
  • Strong storytelling & presentation skills
  • A commercial mindset — you think in revenue, not just engagement

Ideally:

  • You’ve worked in regulated or clinical marketing
  • You understand professional audiences
