In doing so, SURI has risen to become the highest-rated electric toothbrush on Trustpilot, while achieving B-Corp certification and securing listings in major US and UK retailers. As well as garnering widespread media attention, SURI has also picked up numerous prestigious industry awards including The Grocer Startup of the Year, Red Dot Design Award, and the Marie Claire Sustainability Award.
We have a close-knit team of experts with a strong attention to detail and willingness to think differently. We’re now looking for someone to help us scale our paid influencer marketing efforts at SURI, helping us build a global best-in-class influencer programme.
You will play a key role in supporting our marketing team on all things influencer, from gifting to paid campaigns. Influencer marketing is a huge awareness and growth lever, and we’re looking for someone to take it to the next level. Role & Responsibilities:
Talent management:
- Identify and lock in talent, negotiating fees and contract terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and other key stakeholders
- Scale long-term partnerships, establishing an ambassador network for stronger ROI
- Manage influencer-generated content for cross-functional use across SURI’s social media channels, website, and paid media channels
Campaign management:
- Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns from inception to completion
- Maintain overall influencer calendar, ensuring monthly budgets and KPIs are met
- Track and report on programme & talent performance, leveraging insights for strategy iteration
- Motivated by measurable outcomes; love using data to guide decisions and improve performance
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Have strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Be a natural communicator, with stellar written skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and share actionable insights
- Unmatched attention to detail and organisation skills
