We have a close-knit team of experts with a strong attention to detail and willingness to think differently. We’re looking for a Senior 360 Designer to join our small but mighty creative team. You’ll take visual direction and high-level concepts and translate them into beautifully executed, brand-building design; across web, paid, social, email, print, and beyond.
This is a craft-led role for someone who loves making, but also loves mentoring. You’ll work closely with our Head of Creative to elevate the brand, while helping to grow and challenge our current Designer in their creative output.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bring brand identity to life across every touchpoint: web, ads, social, email, packaging, OOH, and more
- Work from established creative direction, reference imagery, and moodboards to execute and iterate at speed and to a high standard
- Collaborate with our Head of Creative to translate early-stage creative thinking into clear, coherent design solutions
- Design campaign creative and launch assets across static and motion formats—including web heroes, ads, and social storytelling
- Support the Head of Creative on visual identity system development and rollout
- Guide and mentor our current Designer on pushing creative further—exploring bolder visual routes, sharpening execution, and developing confidence in ideation
- Ensure consistency and craft across all outputs, from hero campaigns to performance creative
- Help establish and maintain our internal design systems, standards, and templates
- Deep understanding of great design principles and best practice in multiple spaces (social, print, editorial, digital, email, packaging) and best practices for each
- Deep experience in meta/paid social ads that convert while staying elevated and true to the brand
- Strong understanding of current packaging trends and evergreen best-in-class examples
- Excellent at creating compelling email campaigns that move the dial while keeping content fresh and engaging
- Deep experience in artworking and print prep and production
- Good knowledge of Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Very comfortable Figma user and champion
- Awareness of and interest in current social, digital and design trends
- Nice to have: good knowledge of a video editing software (preferably After Effects)
A bit about you
- You’re a senior designer with 4+ years of experience across brand, marketing, and digital—ideally in a fast-paced, in-house environment
You have strong craft, visual instincts, and systems thinking, with the ability to elevate a brand across many surfaces - You have strong experience in print and packaging production—from file setup to finishes to supplier communication — and enjoy sharing that knowledge with others
- You’re comfortable building out visual identity from creative direction and references—taking the lead on execution while building on a clear idea or vision
- You’re a thoughtful collaborator who’s excited to mentor and support junior talent, and help raise the bar for design across the board
