the role

As a Production Operative, you’ll help pack our our products, ready for their new homes. You’ll pack our products on both our automated and manual packing lines, following clear directions to make sure every box is just right before it heads out to our customers.

our team is hardworking, flexible in their approach to the work that they carry out and focused on making sure things are done right the first time.

you will need

no previous packaging or production experience is required, just a can-do, enthusiastic attitude.

to demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

you will enjoy working as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of targets and deadlines.

to be able to work in a warehouse environment, in a quick and efficient way with minimal supervision. All tasks involve standing and some tasks will include lifting sacks of raw materials or stacking and wrapping pallets of finished goods.

to be able to understand work directions and health & safety in English and show a basic level of spoken English.

This role will be based at our warehouse in Marden, Kent. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week) with 1 hour of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
