About the This job advert is for an additional role at our Chelmsford growing community.

Our allotment sites have community at the heart of them and thrive on good vibes created by patch manager and the wider Roots team. We are looking for someone with green fingers to represent the Roots brand at our newly launching Chelmsford site. From welcoming customers to watering patches, or teaching local school kids how to grow, you’ll be the heart and soul of our newly launching growing community. There will be some computer based work needed but you’ll be outside enjoying the sunshine most of the time.
