About the role
We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Category Manager to join our Marketing function and help shape the future of snacking across Foodservice and Convenience. In this role, you’ll develop insight-led category solutions that grow the category and strengthen KP Snacks’ physical availability. You’ll bring the voice of the customer into our business, championing shopper needs and guiding our decision-making.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Category, Sales and Marketing to deliver strategic category plans, embed our Impulse Category Vision and support the development of customer‑facing materials. What will you be doing?
Proactively lead customer category partnerships
Build strong, trusted relationships across customer teams and provide best‑in‑class category insight, reporting and recommendationsProactively drive our Foodservice category agenda
Shape strategic priorities, share internal and external insights and own the creation and delivery of our Foodservice and Convenience guidesEmbed customer insight across KP Snacks
Bring customer learnings into our commercial cycle, support cross‑functional teams and help Sales access and use category data confidentlyManage multiple data sources to create clear category stories
Become an expert user of key insight platforms and be able to own and deliver the insight for internal and external stakeholdersSupport strategic commercial projects
In 2026, champion the Impulse customer within the Nuts Commercial Project, contributing to key growth initiatives and customer sell‑ins

Job requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
Skilled in interpreting data, identifying opportunities and quickly turning insight into clear commercial recommendations
Confident working with Nielsen, Circana, Bidview or similar platforms
Comfortable managing multiple data sources with exceptional attention to detail
Able to influence at all levels, present with ease and build productive internal and external partnerships in a collaborative way
Able to juggle multiple customers and projects while staying focused on strategic goals
Knowledge of Foodservice or Convenience is highly desirable
Bring an energetic and positive attitude in all that you do
