We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.
We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

Join our snack-loving team
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About the role

KP Snacks is partnering with our parent company, Intersnack, to deliver a major transformation that will centralise processes and systems across the Group. We are looking for an experienced ERP/Transformation Project Manager to play an integral role in this programme. You will own the governance, planning and day‑to‑day management needs of the project, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment across all workstreams. This is a unique opportunity to shape a complex and high‑profile programme that spans multiple functions, countries and system landscapes.

What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

  • Annual car allowance.

  • Annual bonus scheme, with a strong track record of overachievement

  • Comprehensive healthcare support – including Medicash Health Cash Plan or Private Healthcare, Digital GP, Best Doctors second opinion service and specialist cancer care

  • KP Pension Plan – contribution matching up to 7% of your salary

  • 25 days holiday, plus the option to buy more

  • KP4ME – our online platform for benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and managing the project planning framework
Creating planning structures, processes and templates (including MPP) to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency

  • Owning future governance for the programme
Designing an approach that supports decision‑making, accountability and smooth project flow

  • Challenging and supporting workstreams to build detailed milestone and task-level plans
Ensuring timelines, dependencies and sequencing are realistic, integrated and well‑managed

  • Maintaining project discipline through RAID management
Owning the RAID log, challenging team members on timeliness and quality, and managing escalations at the right level

  • Producing high-quality reporting and communication
Creating clear, concise updates for all direct and indirect project members, and supporting sub‑projects, testing plans and documentation needs across each function

Who are we?
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

We’re committed to inclusion
We’re building a workplace where everyone belongs. If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you – your unique perspective could be just what we need. And if there’s anything we can do to make the process easier for you, just let us know.

Job requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

  • Extensive experience in large‑scale transformation
A minimum of seven years in a PMO or project role within a large, matrixed global enterprise

  • Deep experience of ERP and platform change
Understanding of multiple ERP platforms, integration of legacy and new systems, and end‑to‑end process areas

  • Background in CPG Manufacturing
Experience supporting major transformation in a fast‑paced FMCG environment

  • Strong change, risk and dependency management skills
Able to identify training and change needs and influence across senior levels

  • Experience managing large teams across BPO/GPO structures
Skilled at coordinating and challenging diverse groups of experts
