About the role

As a Manufacturing Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in helping us make the high-quality snacks our consumers love. You’ll operate and monitor machinery, carry out quality checks, support packaging tasks and help keep our lines running efficiently. You’ll follow clear processes, work closely with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across your area. This is a hands-on role where you’ll use problem-solving skills, stay focused on safety and take pride in delivering great results shift after shift.

What will you be doing?

• Operate and monitor production machinery, following standard operating procedures to deliver safe, high-quality snacks

• Carry out quality checks to maintain consistency and meet product standards

• Support packaging and labelling tasks, working efficiently as part of the team

• Complete CIL (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate) activities, restoring equipment to base condition and identifying defects

• Track and report equipment losses, contributing to defect lists and continuous improvement

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment (helpful but not essential)

• Confidence working with data, information and standard processes

• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to follow a clear plan

• Technical understanding of equipment (advantageous but not required)

• Willingness to complete physical tasks, including reaching, lifting and crouching, with the right safety equipment and processes in place
