We're now looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager who wants to play a key role in shaping our future success. This is an opportunity to influence business decisions, build scalable financial foundations, and partner closely with a passionate team that is growing fast and thinking big.

You'll be the financial co-pilot for our Mexico business, helping us make smarter decisions, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure we're investing in the things that matter most. Working closely with local and regional stakeholders, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support Oatly's continued growth journey.

Here's some of the things you'll be up to:
  • Transform complex financial data into actionable insights that help drive business decisions and support our continued growth

  • Lead monthly closing activities and group reporting processes.

  • Own monthly forecasting, from demand volumes through contribution margin.

  • Provide insightful P&L ownership, performance tracking, and profitability analysis across customers, products, and channels.

  • Partner with commercial teams on innovation projects, market launches, and business cases to ensure we make informed investment decisions.

  • Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve profitability, simplify processes, and maximize the impact of every peso invested.

  • Support budgeting and planning processes while supporting stakeholders with financial guidance and analysis.

  • Drive working capital improvements and monitor customer payment performance.

  • Collaborate with outsourced accounting and tax partners to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable financial operations.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with local legal and statutory requirements.

  • Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and controls to support a fast-growing business.

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across Finance, Commercial, Brand, Demand Planning, and Operations teams, locally and across the region.

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

In this role, you will report to the Finance Director of International Markets, and the location for this role is Mexico City (CDMX), Mexico.
