Influencer & Affiliate Manager

The one who turns relationships into revenue.

Healf has built something rare. Half a million customers. A brand that people trust with their health across EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. An influencer and affiliate programme that is live, producing results, and nowhere near its ceiling.

Now we need someone to take it there.

Most influencer and affiliate roles are relationship roles. You manage the talent. You send the briefs. You track the codes. Someone else decides the strategy, someone else negotiates the deal, someone else figures out why the numbers aren't moving.

This is not that role.

You will own both channels end to end — strategy, deal-making, technical infrastructure, team management, and commercial performance. You will manage two direct reports. You will negotiate directly with talent agents. You will run the attribution, the tracking, the commission logic, and the platform mechanics. And you will report on performance with the same rigour as a paid media manager.

The combination this role requires — genuine relationship-building, commercial sharpness, and real technical fluency — is rare. That is why the opportunity is significant.

Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company. Number one on the FT1000, number one on the Sifted 100. From £1m to over £100m in under three years, with a small, talent-dense team and an electric culture with day one founder intensity. Now we're aiming for £1bn in the next three. We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That's the first chapter. The next chapter is harder and more interesting. We are moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it. We are a health company, so we think we should act like one. At its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.

Why this role is Healf

Influencer and affiliate are two of Healf's highest-potential growth channels. Both are live. Both are producing results. Neither is close to what it could be.

The influencer programme is not just an awareness channel. It is a content production engine. The creators who perform best become the creative behind paid social. The briefs you develop, the partnerships you build, and the content you produce feed directly into the growth engine. Done well, influencer and paid social become one compounding system rather than two separate lines on a budget sheet.

The affiliate programme has the infrastructure. It has the commission structure. What it doesn't have yet is someone who understands the technical mechanics deeply enough to optimise them and the commercial instinct to know where the real growth is hiding.

Multi-channel activations — podcasts, newsletters, events, co-branded content — represent a major opportunity that Healf has historically underinvested in. The person in this role will change that. Not by managing relationships for the sake of it. By building commercial partnerships measured on outcomes.

What you will own

The influencer strategy, end to end. Which tiers. Which platforms. Which deals. You define where the programme goes and you build the pipeline to get there — vetting for audience quality, engagement, and brand alignment at every step.

The deals. Gifting, flat fee, commission, long-term ambassador. You structure and negotiate across all models. You work directly with talent agents and management. These are commercial partnerships, not celebrity relationships, and you treat them accordingly.

The content. You work closely with the creative strategy team to develop briefs that produce high-performing UGC. The best content gets whitelisted and scaled through paid social. You spot what's working before anyone asks.

The affiliate programme. Built on Superfiliate. You own the commission structures, the tracking, the attribution, the pixel implementation, the platform integrations. This demands real technical fluency. You develop it if you don't have it. You go deeper if you do.

The multi-channel activations. Podcasts. Newsletters. Events. Co-branded content. Cross-platform deals. You pursue them proactively, negotiate them commercially, and build partnerships that go beyond a single post or code.

The team. You manage the Influencer Executive and Affiliate Executive. You develop both into high-performing operators. You set the standard, delegate well, and raise the bar as the channels scale.

Why you're Healf

You build genuine relationships. And you also know how to negotiate, hold firm on terms, and walk away when the deal doesn't make sense commercially. Both things are true at once.

You are hungry. Deep experience is a bonus — if you are earlier in your career but have the energy, the commercial instinct, and the willingness to learn fast and work hard, we want to hear from you. The bar is the capability, not the CV.

You care about what the numbers say. You tie every initiative back to measurable outcomes. Attribution, tracking, performance — these are not someone else's problem. They are yours.

You spot opportunities and chase them without waiting to be told. The multi-channel activation nobody has explored yet. The creator who is about to break through. The commission structure that would unlock a new tier of affiliates. You see them early and you move.

You can manage and develop a team. You set clear expectations. You delegate well. You make the people around you better.

Show us

→ An influencer or affiliate programme you built or significantly scaled. What was the state when you took it on, what did you change, and what did the numbers look like after?

→ A deal you negotiated that you're proud of. What were the terms, what was the dynamic, and how did you hold your position?

→ Evidence of real technical fluency — tracking, attribution, platform mechanics. Not surface-level familiarity. Something that shows you've been inside the infrastructure.

→ A multi-channel activation or partnership you originated. Where did the idea come from, how did you make it happen, and what did it produce?

→ Something that tells us wellbeing is personal for you, not just professional.

The deal

Competitive base. Real ownership from day one. Direct exposure to senior decision-making at one of Europe's fastest-growing companies.

We ask a great deal of the people who work here. Full commitment. High standards. The Healf Standard is not a poster on the wall. It's how decisions get made, how people treat each other, and how the company moves.

In return, we invest in your growth with the same intensity we invest in the product. The skills you build here, commercial thinking, analytical rigour, cross-functional ownership, are the skills that compound across a career.

We have built the fastest-growing company in Europe with a team small enough that every person in it shapes the outcome. That is still true today.

One question

Include your answer in your CV or cover letter attachment when you apply.

Healf's influencer programme is producing results but the top 20% of creators are driving 80% of the revenue. The bottom 80% are costing time and budget with little to show for it. You have one quarter to restructure the programme. Where do you start, what do you cut, and how do you decide where to double down?
