The Role
We're hiring a commercially-driven Commercial Manager to join our team and help manage our US & International brand portfolio, covering 70% of the brands on Healf.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with our Head of Commercial to unlock growth for some of the most innovative wellness brands globally.
You’ll be expected to get stuck in across day-to-day brand management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional execution - from pricing and supply chain to brand storytelling and performance analysis. We’re looking for someone driven by impact, blending high emotional intelligence with sharp analytical thinking to build lasting brand partnerships and unlock growth.
Adaptability is key; we are looking for candidates with a demonstrable ability to quickly grasp new concepts, identify opportunities & take action. Core KPIs will include fostering meaningful relationships and improving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Growth & Commercial Strategy
- Lead day-to-day management of multiple US & international brands, helping drive revenue, margin, and efficiency
- Dive into performance data (sales, inventory, pricing, content) to identify growth opportunities and create actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, operations, growth) to ensure brands are set up for success across the platform
- Monitor demand signals and market trends to shape assortment strategy and identify new growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to expedite processes & eliminate inefficiencies
Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted partner to your brands - communicating clearly, proactively, and with confident, commercial empathy
- Support in commercial negotiations and partner discussions around marketing, promotions, and logistics
- Having a clear understanding of each brand’s strategic objectives in the UK & building a robust plan to ensure Healf is on track to achieve them
Market Intelligence
- Stay on the pulse of the wellbeing space—benchmarking competitors, spotting category trends, and feeding insights into our strategy
- Help shape Healf’s value proposition for international brands and refine how we deliver standout brand experiences
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in a commercial, account management, or strategy role—ideally in e-com, consumer goods, or a startup
Confident & emotionally intelligent communicator who can build strong relationships internally and externally
Data-driven decision maker - comfortable using Excel to manipulate data and generate insights
Hungry to grow and unafraid of rolling up your sleeves - this is a high-output, high-autonomy role
Passionate about the health & wellness space (including athletes) and excited to own relationships with leading global brands
A relentless drive to achieve ambitious targets and a proven ability to operate in a high-paced, evolving environment
