About the Role

At Healf, we’re on a mission to build a high-performance team that drives our vision of holistic health and wellbeing. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, documenting and refining our recruitment processes, and improving how we track hiring performance.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on sourcing and optimising hiring operations to drive efficiency and scalability in a fast-growing startup. If you have recruitment experience, great—but if you have a knack for figuring things out, optimising processes, and working with data, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

• Partner with our Talent Recruiters to increase candidate quality and drive top-tier candidate engagement.
• Conduct initial screening calls, ensuring candidates align with Healf’s hiring standards.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, keeping top talent engaged for future roles.

Process Documentation & Hiring Operations

• Document and refine recruitment processes, ensuring we have clear, repeatable, and scalable processes.
• Work closely with the People team to optimise hiring workflows and improve efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce hiring friction and enhance the candidate experience.

KPI Tracking & Hiring Insights

• Manage recruitment data tracking, making it easier to access key hiring insights.
• Track outreach response rates, screening conversion rates, and pipeline progress to identify bottlenecks.
• Support the team in leveraging ATS data (Teamtailor) for better decision-making.

What We Need from You

• At least two years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment within a startup or high-growth environment.
• OR a strong ability to figure things out, analyse data, and improve processes, even if you haven't worked in recruitment before.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• With strong documentation and process-building skills, you can break down complex workflows into structured, repeatable steps.
• With an analytical mindset, comfortable tracking recruitment data, identifying trends, and optimising hiring metrics.
• High sense of ownership—proactively plans, takes initiative, and drives results without needing close supervision.
• Ability to quickly adapt to Healf’s hiring approach, understanding and working within our recruitment framework while identifying opportunities for improvement that align with our business objectives.
• Passion for people and talent acquisition, with a strong drive to connect the right talent to the right roles.
• Strong understanding and keen interest in the e-commerce industry

Great to Have

• Previous experience in e-commerce or DTC brands (e.g., operations, digital marketing, executive assistant, or even as a founder).
• A background in HR operations, hiring data analytics, or recruitment coordination.
• Experience optimising ATS workflows and reporting dashboards.
• A deep personal connection to health and wellbeing—whether through fitness, holistic wellness, or a strong passion for the industry.
