We are looking for an experienced and motivated operations professional to join our new Rider Onboarding Operations team in Hyderabad. This is a bustling and vibrant team that plays a central role in helping applicants become riders — ensuring we maintain enough riders in the fleet to meet customer demand and supporting applicants who encounter issues during their application journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Rider Onboarding & Compliance team, working at the forefront of complex and high-impact cases.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Execute identity and right-to-work document verifications across applicant onboarding and active rider compliance lifecycles for UK and European markets.
Manage assigned daily and weekly compliance queues to deliver high-volume throughput while upholding rigorous quality framework standards.
Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, missing data, and fraud indicators promptly through appropriate escalation channels.
Maintain complete, auditable case records and load riders into scheduled compliance sweeps to ensure continuous platform integrity.
Flag operational bottlenecks, unclear policy guidance, and tooling bugs to your Team Lead with actionable recommendations for process improvement.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Exceptional detail orientation and accuracy when executing repetitive, high-volume review tasks against predefined policy standards.
Proven ability to manage work queues independently, balance competing priorities, and consistently hit productivity and quality targets.
Sound judgmental reasoning to evaluate complex evidence against policy guidance, escalating ambiguous cases rather than improvising.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with a track record of handling sensitive personal data with utmost discretion and integrity.
Practical familiarity with document verification, KYC/AML, back-office operations, or case management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Excel).
