In this role, you’ll engage with companies and help them transform how their teams eat at work — from daily employee meals to team lunches, evening shifts and corporate events.
You’ll work closely with HR, Workplace and Procurement teams to position Deliveroo as their go-to solution for workplace food, while driving new business across the Belgian market.

The role
We are a small, high-impact team, moving fast, valuing ownership and constantly looking for new ideas.
This position is based in Brussels with a hybrid working model and will report to the Sales Lead (based in Paris).
The primary role of the Business Development Associate is to drive new business by engaging with corporations and positioning Deliveroo for Work as their preferred partner for workplace food solutions.
You will own the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across target sectors in Belgium
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to activation.
Proactively build and manage a strong outbound pipeline (cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals)
Identify new opportunities and use cases (evening meals, group orders, events, gifting, etc.)
Develop tailored pitches and value propositions based on client needs
Collaborate closely with Account Management and Customer Service teams to ensure a high-quality client experience
Contribute to improving sales processes, tools, and go-to-market strategy
Track performance and maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in CRM
Requirements
Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude
Experience in B2B sales (outbound experience is a strong plus)
Comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a structured and up-to-date pipeline
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Resilient and solution-oriented
Languages:
French and English are mandatory
Dutch is a strong plus
