We’re looking for a Senior Global Operations Strategy Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll develop scalable solutions and lead strategic initiatives that improve delivery performance worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Planning, Performance & Strategy team. We are a highly cross-functional group collaborating closely with Product, local Operations, and Data Science teams to design and standardise global operational processes. We tackle everything from urgent tactical challenges to long-term strategic bets like autonomous delivery.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Solve complex problems: Take ambiguous, high-impact challenges, conduct structured analysis, and align global teams on strategic priorities.

• Drive analytical insights: Dive deep into data to size opportunities, build robust business cases, and generate insights that inform our global roadmap.

• Lead strategic programmes: Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-market initiatives, such as rolling out autonomous delivery or new rider pricing models.

• Build and scale solutions: Design and implement global operating models and standard processes that improve the experience for riders and customers.

• Execute Chief of Staff duties: Deliver weekly performance reviews and own monthly business reviews to keep the leadership team informed and agile.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

• Proven programme leadership: Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams or international markets.

• Analytical excellence: Proven ability to bring structure to unstructured problems, with a strong understanding of how to translate data into actionable strategy (SQL or Looker skills are a plus).

• Strategic thinking: A track record of connecting deep-dive analysis to broad business objectives to deliver long-term impact.

• Comfort with ambiguity: Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and bring clarity to complex situations in a fast-paced environment.

• Stakeholder management: Exceptional ability to build relationships and drive adoption of new initiatives across global operations, product, and data teams.
