  • Proven expertise in leading end-to-end campaign management (from briefing and strategy to launch and evaluation), ideally with through-the-line experience.

  • If possible a track record of success working within a global/local marketing matrix structure, successfully adapting global strategies and assets for a local market (UKI experience highly advantageous).

  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen; comfortable with measurement frameworks, interpreting data, and translating analysis into clear business recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence and gravitas to represent the UKI position to global stakeholders.

  • Highly proficient in project management, with the ability to manage and lead complex workflow and competing priorities across cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent relationship building skills and a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes.
