About the team

The Recruitment Programmes Team sits within the wider Recruitment Operations function, with the shared mission to enable Deliveroo to be at the cutting edge of the talent landscape. Our work is deeply connected to how we hire at Deliveroo and therefore, who we hire. Our scope includes processes, policies, tooling, training and enablement, and employer brand, and we build and deliver scalable and effective programmes to improve the hiring experiences for candidates, managers, interviewers, and recruiters.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Recruitment Programmes Manager to design and deliver initiatives that elevate how we hire across Deliveroo. You’ll own global programmes that directly impact our ability to attract, assess, and hire top talent ensuring our hiring practices are inclusive, data-driven, and future-fit.

You’ll partner closely with Recruitment, People, and DEI teams to build, scale, and continuously improve programmes that strengthen hiring capability, drive quality and consistency, and help shape the future of recruitment at Deliveroo.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and deliver global recruitment programmes that enhance hire quality, diversity, and scalability, such as interviewer training, bar raiser frameworks, and enablement resources.

  • Partner with recruiting and business leaders to define success metrics, track outcomes, and continuously evolve programmes using data and feedback.

  • Build engaging learning experiences for hiring managers and recruiters, from scoping and design through to delivery and measurement.

  • Lead knowledge management and documentation for recruitment processes, ensuring teams have access to consistent, up-to-date resources.

  • Collaborate across People, Analytics, and DEI to embed inclusive and evidence-based hiring practices.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and, at times, a small team of programme associates to deliver high-quality, global outcomes.

  • Influence the broader Recruitment Operations strategy, ensuring alignment between programmes and Deliveroo’s wider People and Talent goals.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in recruitment operations, talent programmes, or people enablement at scale.

  • Proven ability to build and run impactful training or enablement programmes end-to-end.

  • Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and talent evaluation methods.

  • Proficiency with recruitment systems and training delivery platforms (e.g. Ashby, Workday, LMS tools).

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to identify improvements and measure programme success.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for making complex systems simpler and better.
