  • Analyze large datasets to support strategic and operational decision-making across the business
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker – making data accessible and actionable for all teams
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to drive product and business decisions
  • Develop and optimize data models and pipelines (dbt, BigQuery) while ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Define and monitor KPIs across different business areas
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and enable self-service analytics across the company – e.g. Conversational Analytics in Looker or AI-assisted reporting
  • Help build AI-powered internal tools and automations (e.g. agents for recurring analysis and reporting tasks)
  • Support management with forecasting, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc deep dives
  • SQL proficiency is a must – you write complex queries confidently
  • Solid hands-on experience with Python (or R) for data analysis, manipulation, and automation
  • Experience with Looker (or comparable BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI) – Looker preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and databases (e.g. Google BigQuery, AWS)
  • Openness and curiosity toward AI tools in an analytics context – you use them actively to work more efficiently and assess their output critically; initial experience with AI-assisted analysis or agent frameworks is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with a sharp sense for business impact
  • Proactive, self-driven working style and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
  • Very good English skills (working language); German is a plus
